1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 99ymm ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the 99ymm platform at https://99ymm.io, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered by 99ymm. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

3.2 One Account Policy

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99ymm will close all accounts associated with that individual. Any bonus funds, free bets, or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be voided. Real-money deposits may be returned at 99ymm's discretion, subject to any applicable investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 99ymm will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ymm's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by 99ymm

99ymm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; fraud, prohibited activity, or money laundering is suspected; the player's continued use poses a legal or regulatory risk to the platform; or the player has failed to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.

13.2 Termination by the Player

Players may request closure of their 99ymm account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before an account is closed at a player's request, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements being met.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 99ymm — all outstanding bonus balances and associated wagering requirements will be voided. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with the circumstances of the closure. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 11, and 12) shall continue to apply after account closure.

14 Amendments

99ymm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or a platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. 15 Governing Law
